The daily load

Matching insulin to life is a moving target.

Even when you know your glucose, the hard part is matching insulin to what you ate and how your body is burning it. Every meal, every walk, every late night and stressful day changes how that insulin works. Most apps hand you more charts and leave you to do the math. Steady connects the dots for you, so the next move is clear.

Logging that takes seconds

Snap a meal. See what it usually does to you.

Steady estimates the carbs and shows the rise you have seen from meals like this before. It pulls your workouts and heart rate from Apple Health, because a walk or a hard day changes how the same meal lands.

  • Photo or quick search, no 20-field forms
  • A likely curve from your own history, not a generic chart
  • Activity and heart rate folded in, so the picture is real

Your pump and sensor, in sync

Insulin and glucose, finally on one timeline.

Steady reads the insulin your Beta Bionics iLet delivered and the glucose from your Dexcom, then lines them up with what you ate and how you moved. You see how it all fit together, without opening four apps.

  • Doses pulled from your pump, nothing to re-type
  • Glucose, insulin, carbs, and activity on one line
  • Injections and pills tracked too, if that is your setup

Patterns, not just charts

Steady spots what you would never catch yourself.

It reads weeks of your data and tells you the one thing worth changing, in plain language, with a suggestion you can try this week.

  • Plain-language patterns, no statistics degree needed
  • Small experiments, then it checks if they worked
  • Celebrates the wins, so it never feels like a scolding

Connections

Your whole setup, finally in one picture.

Your glucose lives in Dexcom. Your insulin lives in your Beta Bionics iLet. Your heart rate, workouts, and the carbs you log live in Apple Health. Steady pulls them together, so you can see how your body actually used your insulin and hand your doctor a report that makes sense.

Good questions

Answers before you ask.

No. Steady works great with manual finger-stick readings, and it works even better if you wear a Dexcom or Libre and want to bring that data in. You choose how much you log.

Steady is built to work with your Dexcom sensor, your Beta Bionics iLet pump, and Apple Health, where your heart rate, workouts, and carbs already live. You can also log by hand if you do not use those devices. Integrations roll out in waves and depend on each platform's availability and approval.

Both. Steady adapts to how you manage, whether that is multiple daily injections, a pump, oral medication, or lifestyle changes alone. You tell it your routine during setup and it fits around you.

No. Steady is a personal companion for tracking, understanding, and sharing your own data. It is not a medical device, it is not FDA cleared or approved, and it does not diagnose, treat, or tell you how much insulin to take. Your CGM, your pump, and your care team handle anything clinical. You stay in control of every decision.

Steady will be free to start, with an optional premium tier for deeper insights and care-team sharing. Waitlist members get founding-member pricing and the first invites when we open.

It stays yours. Your data is encrypted, never sold, and never used to show you ads. You can export or delete everything whenever you want. See the privacy section above for the full picture.
